Template makes cut out cookies and pie crusts makes for easy pie making. Use it for making my sour dough breads also. Dough will not stick to mat. I love this baking mat SO much! I bought the very large one that would cover my entire work surface. One good feature this mat has is a rimmed edge to prevent excess flour from spilling onto your work surface.
